At UP Removals, we don’t believe in hidden fees. Our pricing is simple, clear, and fully transparent, ensuring you only pay for the service you receive.

💰 No Additional Charges Whether there are stairs, furniture disassembly, or multiple addresses, the service cost is always calculated by the hour.

🕒 How Does Payment Work?

1️⃣Clear Quotation: You receive a quote with a fixed hourly rate.

2️⃣Booking Confirmation: A AU$150 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final amount. 

3️⃣Travel Time: A standard 30-minute charge is always included. In exceptional cases, where the distance is significantly longer, this time may be adjusted accordingly. 

4️⃣GST (10%): A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to the final cost, as per Australian tax regulations. 

5️⃣Final Payment: The total hours worked are multiplied by the quoted hourly rate, GST (10%) is added, and the initial deposit is deducted.

📌 Example Calculation:
✅ Moving service from 8 AM to 12 PM = 4 hours of service
✅ Quoted hourly rate: AU$120 per hour
✅ Travel time: 30 minutes (standard)
✅ Total chargeable hours: 4.5 hours
✅ Final calculation: 4.5h x AU$120 + 10% GST – AU$150 (deposit)
✅ Final amount to be paid: AU$444
